Introducing the
The Village, Menangle
The Village, Menangle comprises a 380-lot residential masterplanned community, being delivered on a 40-hectare site adjacent to the historical Menangle train station and Menangle village.
Mirvac has worked in consultation with Wollondilly Shire Council to deliver a well-connected community that complements the natural landscape and rural character of Menangle. Strategically located at the juncture of major growth areas earmarked by the NSW government, residents will be closely linked to retail, tertiary education, health services and transport hubs.
Works are progressing at the residential masterplanned community, with residents already moving into Stage 1 and Stage 2. A 1.35-hectare park that includes an array of accessible play equipment, a flying fox, open lawn, BBQs, picnic shelters and dedicated nature recreation areas was completed late last year, with a second park proposed to be delivered as a part of Stage 3 where homes are currently under construction.
Mirvac acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Owners of Menangle, the Gandangara and the Dharawal people, and we recognise their enduring connection to the land, waters and culture. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present.
